A Fighter Who is 2 - 5 in the UFC is on the Main Card Because....

Because events are long, and the time between fights isn't always enough to fix a proper snack or take a nice relaxed poo without rushing.

Cerrone is now 1-4 in his last five and headlined.. go figure..

While you have a point, Cerrone was being rewarded for being a team player who has stepped in for numerous fights on short notice. Whereas Eye is mediocrity personified.

its hard with Eye.

on one hand, with her record at 135 she should have been cut.

but, some of those defeats it could be argued were harsh, and she was highly ranked at 125 before joining the UFC

back in 125 where she belongs, shes 2-0 so its hard to argue at the moment

its starting to look pretty clear that she was several disadvantaged at 135 (the counter argument would be shevchenko who was also undersized at 135 but managed)

Except she is 2-0 in a completely different division to the one she is 0-5 in
That doesn't change that she's basically only signed because the talent pool is so damn thin that being god awful 1-5 in the next weight class up is alleviated by 1-0 (now 2-0) in the current weight class.

thats not why she avoided getting cut
