The curls were barbell performed in front of a full length mirror with several women staring in amazement. So they felt good. My curl.techniques are textbook.
The video is showing the incredibly athlete curl variation known as the full body power curl. I also think it deserves a place in the most epic of lifting threads
Pressed for time. Front squats got rough quick. Final set I had to reset at 3. Went for broke on final set of bench. Got stuck way off chest on a third rep after the second one flew. Should have done either more weight or reps on rows
Oddly enough I also have a lifting question not related to.curls to ask anyone who stops.by here. I would.like to know your front squat/back squat/ deadlift numbers. Whether it be singles or reps as long as they all are the same across the board. I'm curious about.peoples ratio between the three.
I'm a little upset that they cut off the plates on that pic on purpose. Cause w a chest like that I'm sure its 315 for multiples. And I'm guessing the spotter knows all about multiples.
Had scheduled a bunch of.volume head cold/allergies had my head feeling explodey. Ever time I went down to grab the bar. Decided on a few easy singles. Last 405 had to be the fastest top end I've ever hit at that weight. It was a little slow off the floor though. I think I may have hit on something for my cues on the top end. Will have to wait through next weeks lower split Deload though. Upper split Deload was this week.
