Gonna do some guido-gymming for the summerseason. My core is big, but my lateral deltoids and triceps in particular need work - my arms look scrawny for my big frame.
In positive news, the shoulder is feeling a whole lot better - no problems whatsoever on the SOHP, I can bench if I keep my technique strict and I'm trying to ease in on the pushups again. Fuck, pushups and pullups in the morning used to blow me up like the Hulk - I MISS DEM DAYS!
