I was wondering if I could get some advice from any Folkstyle Wrestling Coaches that might lurk this forum.
I have started a Youth Wrestling Program (k-8th) at my Jiu-Jitsu Academy & this year is our first year competing. We practice 2xs a week for about 1 hour 45 mis. each session.
I have a lot of my own ideas on how to structure practice & what skills/ concepts are the most important at this level, but I would like to get as much insight as possible!
So if anyone has any tips on skills coaching, practice structure, practice priorities priorities, physical & psychology preparation, or just general advice please share with me!
