Are all men created equally?

not even remotely

how many in this thread can speak multiple languages?

how many can dunk a basketball (i'm thinking less than 3%)?

I can do both, but it is the second trait that makes UFC's heavyweight division tremble in fear when they hear my name.

I mean Jon Jones couldn't even come remotely close to dunking.....and he's 6'4" w/ the longest reach in UFC history....

you never know haha

seriously though, it's about the easiest test to see how athletic somebody is

No. Natural Law is pure theologically based legal garbage.
If you can get to a basis for rights any other way, I'd be glad to hear it. I mean, I agree that it's logically and philosophically unsound that we inherit our humanity and our place in society, but on the other hand, we have to draw the line somewhere.

Yes, but some are created more equal than others.

I don't know how many do speak multiple languages, but anyone can learn to, unless you're so disabled that you can't speak one.

so everyone in your HS Spanish or French or whatnot class was good to go?

shoulda went to your school

Heh. In my HS, probably half the kids were bilingual before they started school, and not because they were super bright.

always semantics w/ you, I shoulda realized

substitute a second language w/ AP Calculus or Physics.....that better?

I want to be able to do crazy dunks as a 6'0" forty-plusser and go to gyms in dirty sweats and a tight shirt showing my belly and freak gs out. Then I want to go on AGT, win it, and date one of the panel unless It's Sharon Osborne.

It's not semantics. If you can learn one language, you can learn another one or more.

And I'd say that "AP Calculus" is also attainable to anyone who wants to learn it. Comes easier to some than to others, and there's a ceiling for everyone, but getting a 5 on the AP Calc test is below that ceiling for 95% of the population. If your point is just that intelligence varies, sure. I was criticizing the notion that learning multiple languages is an illustration of that point.

I know for a fact at least 98% of all WR posters were born inferior to me

Law is an instrument of domination - especially in its form as Natural Law. Law designates symbolic capital and structures authority (Natural Law designates authority residing in an entity outside of humanity and as an absolute figure that determines activities - which is bullshit). Natural Law is pure mystification and causes mass miscognition towards reality since the real holders of authority in the bourgeois system are very, very partial and hardly dispense justice on equal terms.

I prefer Socialist Law, because it is more real, logical, and just. I prefer public law over private law (and therefore an extension of the public over the private for the sake of social production, social use, and social well being), instead of private law whose main objective is profit and the generation of greed, individualism, social alienation, and conflict. Still, there should be informal measures to create reconciliation between people and their disputes that relies on mediation. Not so much formalism as in private law. At the core of a legal system, I want human authority and human law to steer society, not some abstract bullshit system based on tradition and lies.

I disagree entirely about the 5 on AP Calc, as I took that class and got a 5 yet was the only person in my school that did. I guess the other 20 or so students simply weren't trying?

You're seriously overestimating the average person's intelligence if you believe they can grasp advanced math

AP Calculus is not "advanced math." As I said, it's easier for some people than for others, but it's certainly within almost everyone's grasp if they really want to do it. I'd compare it to doing 100 push-ups in one set. If you can do one, you can do 100 if you want to badly enough.

No, no you can't

do you ever work out?

muscle failure is a real thing playa. The vast vast vast majority of people can't even do 50 legit pushups in a set, certainly not 100 and I'm not even referring to women which makes it exponentially worse....

For reference, I was employed in a job that literally had pushups as a requirement

WOW

Not without prior preparation. Haha. I'm saying anyone can work up to it.

for physical things, perhaps......some people will flat out never be able to Dunk, or run a certain 40 time, or bench press 225....

For intellectual matters, no. You can't magically increase your intelligence b/c you want too, you can become smarter by learning more things but you don't go from not being able to do multiplication tables to ridge regression analytics simply b/c you want too

That's patently absurd
