Muslims being expansionist on a larger scale does nothing to diminish Israeli expansionism. And it does nothing to justify the treatment of Palestinians. Palestinians are not being expansionist. Muslims are very very diverse, only comparable religion in diveristy is Christianity. So you can't blame Palestinians for what Arab Sudanese or Pashtuns or Saudi Sunnis do.
A Catholic person could be of any number of ethnicities and races, so it is not directly comparable to Israel and Jews. A Catholic from Africa can't just flee to any other Catholic country just because he is Catholic. He might be able to get asylum in the West, but that has nothing to do with him being Catholic, as the West grants asylum for other religions too.
You can't compare Blacks to Jews because Black encompasses many different sub-races , languages and ethnicities, whereas Jews are just a group within the Semitic speaking Caucasoids. If you say Blacks have dozens of nations, then Jews being Caucasoid and Semitic speaking also have dozens of nations.
Israel defenders always resort to deflection and whataboutism , pointing out that other nations are doing worse stuff. If we apply this argument to WW2, then one can say the Brits, Spanish , Portuguese and French also engaged in genocides and even larger colonist expansionism so why do Germans get singled out. But when the Holocaust is mentioned, no one useS this line of whataboutist argument, and if one did they would called anti-Semitic.
Palestinians are more Semitic and more native to what is Israel than most Jews. About half the Jews in Israel are Askenazi. Ashkenazi have significant European ancestry. So apart from the Mizrahi, Jews (especially Ashkenazi) claiming they are the natives of the soil is like a Mestizo claiming they are more native to the Americans than full-blooded Amerindians.
