I am not that familiar with the ruleset. What is dirty? Is it the cartwheel or the chicken wing?

this was at the very end of the match when the dirty wrestler Desanto was getting his butt kicked. The cartwheel wasn’t what was dirty, it was the kimura/ key lock attempt and the cranking on the arm that was dirty.
