Bas Rutten's gym in Westlake?

Anyone been here? Know what it's like, membership fees? Westlake is expensive, I'd like to know if it's cost in training is worth Bas Rutten's name.

I think you can get a pal to train grappling with you in a garage without Bas. That's how he did it.

Stopped in years ago when looking around and it was solid. Training prices were standard for LA County / San Fernando Valley area. Proshop was overpriced but that's pretty standard.

Big John's, JJ Machado's, and Hayastan aren't too far from there either depending on where one is commuting from.

Is this the gym that was at one time called Legends MMA? It opened up quite a while ago, maybe 2006 with Bas, Randy, and maybe another big name.
