you can order them online and have them mailed to you (if you live in the US).

They are made about an hour north of where I live in NYC, there's a shop that sells those along with other hemp products. It is not a dispensary- there's some kind of loophole they found where they can legally sell this in all 50 states.

They are potent as fuck. Haven't messed with them in a while though. I believe I still have some somewhere..
