I am 166.7 I weigh in tomorrow for my fight. I am to compete at 170. What is something I can eat before weigh ins to just have a few pounds sitting in me to please the scale? And how long before should I eat??
On my drive to weigh ins should I scarf down a big slice of pizza? Or go get a dirty cheesecake or what?
