I've been watching youtube vids and in terms of views and reactions this is closer to MayMac than it is to any other ufc card this year (300k on average). Without Conor or Ronda in UFC this year, this is THE card to buy, two of the America's most popular fighters, Goat bad boy with lots of fans and haters vs goat's nemesis good guy, former olympian with a lot of people on his side. Even casuals recognize the importance of this fight, and since they haven't bought anything since Ronda's last fight in December, they will buy this. This will be huge.

I'm going with 650k but you could be right and it can do a tad lower.

It is summer people have many options, last UFC's were kinda stinkers this rematch should have happen already lost some steam but it's a nice card like legit one no more bullshit like till now.
