Boosted sex drive back up to teenage levels with lifestyle changes

Hey guys, I’m only 29 years old and made a thread earlier about sex drive starting to die down with girlfriends ams such. And just wanted to have some changes I made that have me feeling like a stallion again.

1. Regular exceecise and running and Squats.
2. Eat blueberrys and bananas and other healthy foods, meats, etc. One cheat meal per week of McDonald’s.
3. Take natural supplements if L Arginine and Vitamin D
4. Cut out Pornography and Excessive Masturbation.

I feel like a teenager, walking around with giant raging boners and thinking about sex all the time with multiple girlfriends.

Honestly I'v been waiting for it to drop off with age in my late 30's but it shows no sign of doing so yet.
 
Ive always had a high sex drive, and I can still stay hard 3x in a row
 
I got enough without putting any effort at my age. If I went back to my teenage ways I wouldn't be able to maintain a relationship.
 
Dealing with injuries so can't exercise much at the moment. But regular exercise, eating well, and not watching porn definitely boosts sex drive. Squats and power exercises like power cleans would always make me feel like a horny gorilla lol.

Regarding masturbation: anyone do nofap? Does it really boost sex drive?

Good for you man, people would be surprised how changing things, working out and reducing stress, and your mindset can improve your libido
 
Eating raw onions supposedly improves your libido, although then you smell of onions and nobody will want to fuck you anyway.
 
yep pretty much, dont eat too much garbage, take supplements because we need them because the food is shit, and most important of all, squat and nofap

me again, i didnt notice point 4, do you think if i follow 1-3 ill be sweet and skip 4?
 
If you stick to 1 and 2, you don't have to worry about 3 and 4.
