Bpc 157 for neck issues

I have been struggling with neck tweaks for the last four years pretty consistently, to the point where I essentially can’t do any bjj or aggressive weight training without having my neck lock up and be painful for a couple of days. I saw a specialist a few years ago but he couldn’t order an mri without trying alternative treatments first, but the X-ray showed some minor alignment Problems.

I am assuming I am going to need to get my neck fused at some point, but I’m 31 years old and would rather wait and exhaust all other options before fusion.
Does anybody have any experience with using any peptides for this issue? Any info would be very helpful
 
Yes, give BPC157 and TB500 a go. I used 1mg of each per day at 100kg to heal multiple injuries. You'll need to pin both subcutaneously. BPC157 can be taken orally or intranasally albeit at lower effectiveness. TB500 cannot be taken except as a shot, all vendors that sell anything else are scams.

BPC157 helps reduce inflammation and helps speed up healing of bones, ligaments, tendons, stomach lining, and brain among its many roles. TB500 helps improve healing of soft tissues like muscles and skin. They have a synergistic effect so they are often paired.

You should notice improvement in pain and mobility within a couple weeks but complete recovery may take months or longer. It will also depend on the severity and type of injury. Some injuries don't heal too well.

Meniscus /cartilage do not heal for the most part however peptides will make them feel much better. AOD9604 has been shown to help heal meniscus in combination with hyaluronic acid but it must be injected directly(using imaging equipment) into the cartilage/meniscus. It's similar to CJC1295/Ipamorelin. It's mostly used for weight loss.

I have gone through many different peptides but ones that work most noticeably are BPC and TB. CJC1295 may help you sleep better and slightly boost HGH which can help aid in healing. Ipa/AOD are somewhat similar since they are all HGH secretagogues.

GHK-Cu could be worth a try too.

I would also consider trying topical DMSO gel by itself as it's very good at reducing inflammation and pain. You can also add melatonin powder with the DMSO gel as it also reduces inflammation.

I'd also look into physical therapy and build a routine to strengthen your neck.

I do BPC 157 and TB 500. 3 month on and then 3 months off. I'm taking it for inflammation stemming from a bone spur on my T2.

Give topical DMSO a try as well....you may need to dilute it with something else.
 
From the research I did, bpc 157 won't really help with spinal injuries the same way it does for joint and soft tissue injuries

We probably need to be specific when talking about the spine.

Your entire spinal column is nothing but joints so I don't see why it wouldn't help with mechanical injuries. If you're talking actual spinal cord injuries or something with peripheral nerve involvement then yeah, the benefits very well could be limited.

I've had low back issues with bulges, herniations and degeneration which from what I understand are the more common injuries associated with the spine. From what I understand issues such as those can't be healed with bpc 157, the way that injured or worn down tendons or ligaments can

Yeah herniated discs rarely heal on their own, even with some help . I was thinking more along the lines of an injured joint capsule, sprained ligament, or strained interspinal/paraspinal muscle which constitute the majority of back injuries.
 
I've been struggling with neck pain off and on for about 10 years now (age 42). In recent years the flareups have become more common. While the issue is with my neck, the pain most often manifests in the top of my shoulder blade, where the shoulder and neck meet.

Doing some simple PT stretches and movements does seem to help, such as Chin Tucks. I also started sleeping with a more firm pillow, as having my head elevated seems to take the pressure off the compressed nerve/disk.
