Brian Ortega: Dana White was pissed when I refused short noticed fight @ UFC 226

why ruin the fox main event for a boring ppv?

Still doesn’t change my estimate by more than .2% lol
Math is not your strong point is it? Your estimate was 6-8M high. That is 30% (6M) to 40% (8M) off. That is much higher that 0.2%. Its the difference between the estimates (your numbers) and the real numbers divided by the estimate to get the % difference.
if you need the math broken down:
6,000,000/20,000,000=0.3*100=30%
8,000,000/20,000,000=0.4*100=40%

No, my math skills are fine. It’s your reading comprehension and ability to take in a conversation as a whole instead of just referring to the last response that might have an issue though. 50k of 20mil is .25% while 50k of 12.5mil (the middle of your own 12-13mil remark) is .4%.

I dont disagree with any of that. These guys aren't doing this just for fun. They all see guys like Conor who when he's done fighting wont need to figure out what next in life, or whats his next career is going to be after not working a regular job for 15 years, why risk messing up the champion pay, sponsors, fame, commercials, etc. lets say he loses that short notice fight to Stephens that night, loses his spot, his confidence, his potential future success over a guy he should beat, but can take you out with one punch. over a short notice interim belt? At the end of the day when they are pushing 40 they'd all want to retire and live comfortably, cant blame him for trying to achieve that.
