Trying to keep my workouts logged again to keep me accountable and for an easier way to track my progress.

I have a very old log I used to keep up with a couples years back that's probably buried in the depths ATM.

I used to be very dedicated to powerlifting, I had competed once and trained about 6x times a week and was very motivated. Fast forward to now where I barely make it to the gym 3x times a week with a half assed workout. I don't remember the last time I squatted or deadlifted.... You could say life got in the way, and that was the case for a while but then I just lost motivation. Hopefully I can stay motivated this time around. I'm planning on starting up JackednTanned 2.0 on Monday coming up this week and I WILL stick with it.

Now... I have no idea,

Flat Bench:

Had to work up to a 10RM and I'm using 265 as my max

Incline Bench:

Dumbbell Press:
70x8x4

Machine Chest-Press:
worked up to a max 10

Cable flyes10x3

Triceps: push downs and skull crushers for high reps basically to failure

Tabata Push ups
