California high school student body bans National Anthem from rallies

How can the national anthem possibly offend anyone?

School Spirit? Who cares? Raise money? You parents are already paying taxes hopefully. If still not enough so many other things are fucked up, rallying aint going to help that.

Sports dont need to be part of school. Go find yourself a private club, or go play street ball or something and then enter a street ball tourney.

Rally for sick student? WTF? If he that sick letting him go to school gonna contaminate other kids. Just send a postcard or visit him in hospital.

Send a post card to parents struggling with Dr bills for a disease that is not transmittal.

LOL rallying is about getting poon now? There are many ways to get it besides rallying at school.

As for the sick kid, send him money, or better yet, get rid of schools altogether. 1/4 of all the money each parent spend on the schools can be put into special medical needs escrow account, and pay for this one kids treatment.

Bring back dances for these middle schools at least so they see their peers dancing with the opposite sex , not the same.

Using the facilities itself as location for said social function is not same as letting those people run the function and calling it a "school" dance. Actually facilities ought to be private business, and charge people for use.

I agree with California on this. The American flag and athem doesn't mean the same thing to others. Natives and African Americans weren't treated very will I'm their own country sadly.
