Diet continues to go fairly well. I've been having some trouble sticking to the diet perfectly this week. Boredom more than anything probably. But the weight is still coming off, which is motivation to keep going. I'd like to be under 210 going into May.

Today is a Medium Day, targets are 105g Carbs, 315g Protein, 73g Fat. PLUS an additional 80g Carbs & 25g Protein right after todays workout.

Diet has been going reasonably well, did a good job yesterday sticking to the plan...

Today will be a low carb day, 105g Carbs, 315g Protein, 73g Fat.

Have been doing a lot of travelling lately, which makes the diet tough. But at least I'm still going in the right direction. Today will be a Medium Carb day.

Did pretty good on the diet yesterday. Managed to get over 300g Protein, and about 150g Carbs, which is good. I'm still not eating enough early in the day to hit my numbers. Its tough to try to cram in 100-150g of Protein late in the day. I need to do a better job of eating more food in the morning & afternoon.

Today is another medium carb day: 150-185g Carbs, 315-340g Protein.

Ate like crap this past weekend, so am planning on low/medium carb days all week.

Today will be a Medium Carb Day.

(-14.2 lbs so far...)

Last week sucked as far as my diet is concerned, but got back on it Monday this week. Still making progress, so that's good. I also screwed up my knee & my back this weekend, so until I recover, can't really lift or do any cardio. Trying to stick to a pretty low-carb & low-calorie diet right now since I can't workout. Lots of stretching, hopefully will be back in the gym soon...
