I think so. Try using AutoHotkey for this button programming if your mouse's software isn't capable of it.

Yes, but most games have macro-programming capabilities built in, so it's usually just a matter of going down the line and mapping a new custom profile. Since the functions of keys vary from game to game, anyway, that sort of discrete software is more useful for what you're doing (i.e. consistency in general multitasking, or detailed mapping in software that doesn't support it).
 
Yes but you will need to fiddle a tiny bit.
