Can other countries sue the US for meddling with their government?

America has never meddled in a sovereign nations affairs that is just communist propaganda.

Sure they can. And they won't get jackshit, just like the Democrats won't get anything from Russia.

how can we interfere? we were just giving them some freedoms. dropping bombs and the war on drugs was for the sake of freedom and democracy around the world
It's not always about spreading freedom through the barrel of a gun.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legal_history_of_cannabis_in_Canada

"On May 27, 2003, the Liberal government of Jean Chrétien introduced a bill that would have decriminalized the possession for personal use of small amounts of cannabis. "

...

"The bill's death was largely due to pressure from the American government's Drug Enforcement Administration, which had threatened to slow down border-crossings along the Canada–United States border with increased searches for cannabis."

We still live in a "might makes right" world. As you alluded to, the DEA (part of the prison industrial complex) is just as guilty of interference as the military industrial one. Yay for making a buck at the expense of morality and freedom!
