Canada To Bring in 1 Million Immigrants In Next Three Years - One Of Most Aggessive Increases Ever

As long as they stay north of the border, let them come...Cape Breton is off limits as well...The rest of Canada can become like Sweden...FTW..

i think glace bay or the pier would be ideal, would remind them of their shattered, poverty-stricken homelands

2) Canada needs immigrants to fund Social Security, Medicare and other social programs as just internal demographic growth isn't enough. In 1970 we had 6.6 ppl contributing for every senior citizen. By 2020 it'll be down to TWO.
Do the math.

canada doesn't have social security

I would've been in the 33% bracket. So, only a 2% difference, and I would've had healthcare. Your brackets aren't high at all, man.
There's a whole bunch more taxes as well, 13% sales tax (for Ontario at least) massive sin taxes, gas taxes, etc.

How much does gas cost where you are?

The fact that they have that award "best transit in North America " bullshit plastered all along the trains is laughable. I almost died when i saw that.
Best transit in the world that only operates 20 hours a day.

Yes we need to replace decent human beings that are also apparently incredibly racist and evil with people from:

Lol it's sad when you don't even know where Syria is on the map and you bring up a source that doesn't even support your claim.

What’s sad is you think it makes any difference, take your bleeding heart elsewhere. The west as a whole is sick and fucking tired of being the refuge everyone runs to when they turn their own country to shit.

That's almost a 3 percent population growth.

Ahmed Hussen tabled the Liberal government's plan on Nov. 1st:

"Canada will welcome nearly one million immigrants over the next three years, according to the multi-year strategy tabled by the Liberal government today in what it calls "the most ambitious immigration levels in recent history."

>

"Hussen said immigration drives innovation and strengthens the economy, rejecting some claims that newcomers drain Canada's resources and become a burden on society."

>

"Conservative immigration critic Michelle Rempel was critical of the plan, suggesting the government needs to do a better job of integrating newcomers.

'It is not enough for this government to table the number of people that they are bringing to this country. Frankly the Liberals need to stop using numbers of refugees, amount of money spent, feel-good tweets and photo ops for metrics of success in Canada's immigration system.'"

>

"During the government's consultation period, the Canadian Immigrant Settlement Sector Alliance presented "Vision 2020," what it called a "bold" three-year plan to address growing demographic shifts underway in the country, calling for increased numbers in the economic, family and refugee categories.

It recommended a target of 350,000 people in 2018, which climbs to 400,000 in 2019 and 450,000 by 2020.

Chris Friesen, the organization's director of settlement services, said it's time for a white paper or royal commission on immigration to develop a comprehensive approach to future immigration.

"Nothing is going to impact this country [more] besides increased automation and technology than immigration will and this impact will grow in response to [the] declining birth rate, aging population and accelerated retirements," he told CBC News."

On related notes.

Canada has the highest number of foreign-born citizens of the G8 countries at 20.6% of the population.

http://www12.statcan.gc.ca/nhs-enm/2011/as-sa/99-010-x/99-010-x2011001-eng.cfm

  • In 2011, Canada had a foreign-born populationFootnote 1 of about 6,775,800 people. They represented 20.6% of the total population, the highest proportion among the G8 countries.

  • Between 2006 and 2011, around 1,162,900 foreign-born people immigrated to Canada. These recent immigrants made up 17.2% of the foreign-born population and 3.5% of the total population in Canada.

  • Asia (including the Middle East) was Canada's largest source of immigrants during the past five years, although the share of immigration from Africa, Caribbean, Central and South America increased slightly.

  • The vast majority of the foreign-born population lived in four provinces: Ontario, British Columbia, Quebec and Alberta, and most lived in the nation's largest urban centres.

Fucking disgusting. The citizens of Canada should stand up to this. This act by the government might as well be treason.
I thought Canadians were to "Stand of guard" for their country.

I hope they vet these people well. Single young males in droves is a huge problem. They don't have as much reason to assimilate and be part of society in their new country. People wih families are far more likely to be successful.

Refugees are being dispersed from Syria and the refugee crisis centers on them. Why are you so willing to assume that Syrians, which are not represented in that map, act like the red "racist" countries? Paradoxically, the West is what destabilizes other countries. Do you honestly not think that the West should take responsibility for their actions?

Are these immigrants coming from different parts of the world?

It’s always either the west’s fault or liability eh. You think if we all just left them to have some western continent of their very own it wouldn’t be a flaming pile of ash in ten years. The west has been trying for decades to stabilize the Middle East and it’s hopeless. Just like arguing with someone hell bent on blaming the west for everything. Any you can’t just bring 1 million Syrians here either because you feel guilty. We can’t afford it at this point.

State and Local Taxes. You can deduct them from your federal tax bill. Well, unless this GOP tax plan makes it into law. I was wondering if you can deduct some of your local, and provincial taxes from your federal tax bill.

Why should those countries be Westernized? Why do you think so lowly of people who are not Westerns? The choices are not Westernize or Death. The West has been trying to dominate the Middle East and place it under the control of its puppets - that's just a fact.

Wtf does this mean?why should what countries be westernized? None of what you wrote makes any sense. The west is trying to make us its puppets by bringing in Islamic immigrants, you know that does make sense lol. Forced immigration is just that treating us like puppets.

Your post wasn't making sense, so I inferred that you were referring to the Westernization (through Modernization policies pushed by the U.S. and other powers) of the Middle East. I agree that the U.S. doesn't want to absorb immigrants on a large scale so it is possible that its making its allies (in private) do so and they will receive monetary aid. But that is a consequence of your dependence on the U.S.
