Crime Canadian Government to Apologize and Pay 10.5 Million to Canadian Jihadist Who Killed a US Soldier

Same points I made in post 859. His response?

The guy is a troll who refuses to acknowledge any points and instead levies false accusations and insults people. He's a can.

I'm troll cause you lot can't accept he's a Canadian citizen. <45><45><45><45>

Make up your mind. Is he a Canadian or is he not? If he was defending his home, then he's really not because he was fighting in Afghanistan. He wasn't defending Canadian people or its interest. This asshat then sue the Canadian government for not bailing him out when he was captured as an illegal combatant under Geneva Convention. You can't have it both ways.

The fact of the matter is him and his entire family are a bunch of goat molesting jihadists that pledged allegiance to Osama Bin Laden and fought as members of Al-Qaeda. Their organization was responsible for the death of thousands on innocent civilians on September 11, 2001, including two dozen Canadians. He was personally responsible for killing a US special forces operator and permanently wounding another with a grenade, a fact that he never disputed. His defence was that he was under his family's influence and didn't know any better as a teenager. On top of that, he was found with a pistol in his hand when he was captured. He was an active combatant fighting for the most notorious Islamic terrorist group in the world.

They molested your mother?

15 of the 19 hijackers were Saudi, why didn't they invade Saudi Arabia?

He's appealing the conviction because it was based on a confession that came after being tortured. All the evidence shows that it couldn't have been him that threw the grenade.

In what situation can you legally invade another country?

At the very least there must be a declaration of war by Congress. Seems you think the US should be able to attack any country for any reason at any time, then you wonder why terrorists attack Americans and not, say, Portuguese people.

This is one of those deals that should have been put to a vote.
Option 1- give this guy that fought with jihadists and killed a US soldier 10 million dollars
Option 2- drop this degenerate cocksucker in the Brazen Bull and air it on PPV. Proceeds go to the family of the soldier he killed.

Which way you think the sentiment would lean? :)

Trudeau getting wrecked in the US media:

Justin Trudeau’s glossy exterior often distracts us from his unapologetic moral bankruptcy. By all metrics, he should be the laughingstock of the entire world. An elitist showman, the boy with the silver spoon in his mouth has gone from teaching yoga to offering sycophantic eulogies to the likes of Fidel Castro, the Cuban dictator who filled his coffers with blood money forcibly seized from his own people under the banner of communism.

The problem is Trudeau’s far-left pathology is only getting worse. Last week, the Canadian Prime Minister issued a formal apology to Omar Khadr, an al-Qaeda terrorist convicted of killing an American serviceman. This isn’t satire or some conservative caricature of liberal naiveté. This is real.

It takes a certain kind of coward to put a soldier’s grieving widow through this much pain and suffering. Trudeau may be fawned over by teen magazines and white liberal feminist blogs eager to praise the young prime minister for his “woke” rhetoric, but inside, where it really counts, this man [Trudeau] is rotten, perhaps even evil.

Shame on you, Justin Trudeau. Canada, the civilized world, and all men and women of conscience deserve better.

Dailywire? A racist wingnut rag is the best you could find? Nothing on CBC front page though. Old news, no one cares, champ.

I'm guessing they gave you the dubs for being stupid? Can't see any other explanation.

The mastermind of 911 attack was Osama Bin Laden, who was hiding in Afghanistan with senior Al-Qaeda leadership under the protection of Taliban at the time. Taliban refused to expel the group or hand over Bin Laden after weeks of diplomatic effort. They were harboring a terrorist organization that just killed thousands of civilians in a single day, including two dozen Canadians. This scumbag and his entire family fought for Al-Qaeda and pledged loyalty to Bin Laden. They weren't even local Taliban fighters. As much as Saudi Arabia is responsible for the rise of Wahabism in the world through funding of extremist mosques, they weren't the ones directly planning the 911 attacks. How illogical do you have to be to argue for the invasion of Saudi Arabia when the mastermind of the attack was taking refuge in Afghanistan?

All the evidence? I bet my house you didn't read a single page of court document or court report related to the case other than talking out of your ass. This terrorist scum, whom you sympathize with, had over a dozen hearings while being held. In each of those hearings he was given an attorney to represent him, as well as a jury present. The fact is he was captured with a pistol in his hands. He also admitted to throwing a grenade, and that admission was maintained after he was released from Guantanamo Bay. If the confession was obtained under torture, why did he not dispute it during the trial to the judge, and instead attempted to blame his father's influence for his vile acts?

Now quit dodging the question and work up some guts to answer. What foreign occupation was he resisting if he was fighting for Al-Qaeda, a global terrorist network? What country was he fighting for in Afghanistan when his parents were from Egypt and Palestine? Logic really isn't your strong area when you make claims you can't defend.

I would not expect there to be any negative coverage from the CBC. They have been trying to bury this story since it got out.

He was a child soldier so none of the shit you wrote matters. Under international law he couldn't be tried the way he was, which is why he only got 8 years. The fact that he was offered a plea after weeks of torture is not under dispute. He's appealing the conviction and most experts believe it will be overturned, so what do you have to say about that?

He only admitted to throwing a grenade at some point, that doesn't mean it was the one that killed the yank. He was found with two gunshot wounds, had lost an eye, and was buried under a pile of rubble when the lethal grenade was thrown, so it couldn't have been him. Also the shrapnel of the grenade was consistent with an American grenade, not the Soviet ones the militants had.

Looks like you're the one who hasn't done their homework, huh?

Dont bother with uptheirons, he is simply going to call you a racist or moron, while refusing to address any of your critiques of his position.

He'll call you a racist mutt, not even seeing the irony of using mutt.

Not true, they've had stories about it, but it's old news now. Get with the times, champ.

It's not old news. Globe and Mail, Macleans, Global News, CTV News, The Sun and probably more have been talking about the Khadr payout and the growing attention in the United States. CBC stopped covering it about five days ago.

This is not old news. The CBC is trying to protect their golden boy by staying silent and hoping the public will move on. If this were a conservative leader, then the CBC would be publishing multiple negative stories daily.

Macleans published this story on July 18th:

America’s right wing takes note of Canada’s Khadr payout

The federal payout to Omar Khadr was a big story in some conservative U.S. media outlets Monday, after nearly two weeks in which it had garnered barely a whisper south of the border.

It was the subject of a condemnatory national newspaper column, the top story on the Fox News website, fodder for cable-news chatter on Fox and a huge surge in interest by Americans online.

The burst of attention started with a Wall Street Journal piece by a Canadian opposition MP.

Conservative Peter Kent published a scorching op-ed titled, “A Terrorist’s Big Payday, Courtesy of Trudeau,” that helped the story gain traction elsewhere.

Google searches for Khadr’s name were up more than 700 per cent Monday in the United States from the previous day, according to Google Trends.

Trudeau twat needs to be kicked out of the PM office for this shit. This is a fucking embarrassment. We're apologizing to Al-Qaeda operatives and paying them millions out of taxpayer money now?

Leave it up to Trudeau to out cuck the rest of the entire world.

Next we'll see Trudeau gleefully accept his ritualistic death due to him being an infidel.

Even the US has moved on. CNN did a couple of stories and now no one cares. Even the racist wingnut sites you're so fond of are losing interest and moving to their next false outrage story.

Sounds like most leftist open border types around here. Capitulate to deflection and hand waving away any valid rebuttals. Their arguments are paper thin too.

You sound like a broken record chanting child soldier as if that's defence for murder and terrorism. Under international law he is an illegal combatant, wearing no uniform and representing no country. All he represented was Islamic jihadism under Al-Qaeda's banners. His admission of guilt was made before a court of law, and he . For the record, he could have complained about being "tortured" like you said to the trial judge. He's not appealing anything and he certainly isn't getting anything overturned. Quit presenting shit you made up as facts.

He was shot after he threw the grenade that killed the American soldier. The air strike did not kill the terrorists he was with, and they still offered resistance after the bomb was dropped. He was not buried like you claimed, instead he was found crouching down when he was shot. He deserved every bit of it. Both the Taliban and Al-Qaeda have significant amount of American made ammunition, due to supplies they received from CIA and Pakistan in the 1980's. All of your excuses for this waste of human skin collapses in the face of reality.

I love how you are still dodging the question. Since you claimed that he was resisting foreign occupation, what country was he fighting for? Answer the question. Nobody likes a dishonest coward.
