if you look at the vehicles in the set photos of Hill and Fury they look to be from the 90's. I'd say those are set photos from Captain Marvel.

First look at Brie Larson in costume as Captain Marvel.

They seem to be taking their cue from the very earliest incarnation of the character, because that color scheme is very similar to the one Mar-Vell had in his debut appearance:

So it must be some sort of Kree uniform that she wears when she first gets her powers and changes into something nicer later in the movie. This makes sense because we know that Mar-Vell is in the movie.

ETA: I'm terrible at estimating these things, but how much would you say those platforms add to her height? Because she's apparently 5' 7'' (170 cm) so they're adding to that.
