I use these before training. They are great for pain and I get a nice little body high from 1 of the 2:1, or 2 of the 15:1.

In the UK we can only get the CBD products derived from hemp - these are absolute shite. Whilst in Vegas this year I visited a dispensary and purchased vapes with a high CBD content and a moderate amount of THC - these are excellent.
