Check out this video... Fake? Real? What is going on here?

This news article says this woman "Chocked out a local bouncer here where I live, and he went unconscious.... She has been arrested for it, and charges pressed against her. Yet, ,when I watch the video. Something about it looks "OFF" to me. His hands never leave his waist to come up and break the "HOLD" and I use the term "HOLD" very VERY loosely. It looks NOTHING Like what she is doing should be able to put anyone to sleep.

Do you guys see what I'm seeing? Does this look fishy or what? Almost like he is playing with his kids or something.... The whole thing looks so suspect to me.
