That's remarkable that he sparred in the exact same fashion as he fought, backed up onto the ropes the whole time. No wonder he looked so comfortable in there against Takams constant pressure.

What do you guys think about sparring like that? I have tbh. In most cases i would keep the sparring to a minimum at least hard sparring like that.

But i suppose it works for some guys most notably the kronk guys back in the day
