I watched the first 2 eps and I was pleasantly surprised.
I like both of the actors. They have compelling character stories, so the show isn't just a typical superhero good vs evil kind of thing.

My only real complaint about it so far is that they overuse music at times to try and make things look or feel more dramatic than they are, or should be.
Black Lightning was absolutely terrible about this as well--putting in songs every 5 minutes that made the show feel like a long music video instead of a tv show.

I'll stick with this one for a while.

Never heard of Freeform Channel. DVR'd one episode and watching now. Kinda shitty. Needs hot busty blonde with fantastic cleavage and gymnast legs and buns.
