"How's that?" you ask, patently incorrect actually. He certainly isn't elite, but he is well beyond amateur. Here's a nickel's worth of free advice: Don't let your emotions cloud your judgment.
True, I'm 500-0 against kindergarteners. My record is the best of all because it has the most wins and least losses.
No that just makes you a serial child abuser that belongs in prison. Conor & Khabib both fought grown men at least. Maybe you can share a cell with Conor and you two can snuggle at night and work on Conor's poor "ground game" together.
OK. You win. Amateur is a little strong. Maybe just low level ground game for an MMA fighter. He'd beat Floyd or any other boxer on the ground and that's better than amateur. However, any good wrestler or BJJ brown belt owns Conor on the ground. It doesn't even look to me like he really works on his ground game, only defense & trying to stand back up. The point is, if Conor does not keep it standing or get it back to the feet, he's dead meat against just about any well rounded fighter. That said, he is good at keeping it standing and as far as MMA goes, his striking is elite.
Yea are right. I should have said low level or amateur level as far as MMA fighters go. Not amateur like me.-LOL
Conor fought dias 1 as replacement, silver as replacement, Mendez as replacement.. And who else than AL was one day notice?
So there's no point in Khabib fighting Tony because he already beat the better fighter in Michael Johnson...
Has any man ever earned a LW title shot by panic wrestling and tapping to untrained Nate Diaz at WW and then winning a majority decision over Nate Diaz, at WW?
Which were never real because he never fought them. So in reality Conor has fought more short notice guys, which is the point.
