Is this your Italy trip, or has that happened already?Really happy to have been able to get in three good weeks of training. I think I can maintain this until end of September when I go on holidays for 2 weeks. My holiday will consist of a lot of walking and eating so I should be well rested to get back at it again.
I leave for Italy on Sept 28. I'm excited to get back there and pick up where I left off Gastronomically speaking...Is this your Italy trip, or has that happened already?

1800 is a pro total at your weight?Thanks bud. Next meet is December 12th and I'm gonna break through that 1700 total. Nothing earth shattering but it's been one of my goals. Sure I'll want 1800 after that, can't be satisfied.
