Surprised we don't have one of the them yet.

Just found out Pearl Jam is doing a few stadium tours this year after touring Europe. Will be going to Wrigley this year for sure. I'd love to see them at Safeco in Seattle as well.

I'm pretty excited about the Wrigley shows too and I'm pretty set on going regardless of cost.
 
They announced the US dates for Ozzy's summer/Fall tour. I'm not thrilled they're mainly outdoor venues but I'm planning on going just incase there isn't a second arena leg planned for early 2019.

Did you register for Pearl Jam's verified fan presale they had a signup for a few weeks ago? I just got my email telling me I can buy tickets for Wrigley tomorrow morning.

Yep, I'm going to both shows. Won the lottery through the Pearl Jam Ten Club for both nights.
 
Looking forward to finally catching Slayer, though sadly it's probably their last tour.

I saw Slayer back in the early 2000's. Strong line up. I was never a huge Slayer fan, but glad I did get to see them perform live.

I know Eddie usually likes to play Wrigley Field when they tour hope they stop in chicago ...... they were great a few years ago..

I heard about this on Mancow's morning show. He's good friends with Corgan and Corgan was saying in the studio that D'arcy was being a total bitch about the number of shows that Billy was asking her to do. I guess with her legal troubles and the fact she hasn't performed in 19 years made him apprehensive about asking her to tour. She was demanding that she do all the shows for monetary reasons of course. I guess Corgan got fed up with her demands and told forget about it.

Rumor has it that she didn't even perform on many of their tracks because she's a shitty guitarist anyhow.
 
I keep checking to see if the Strokes go on tour. Probably my second favorite band behind PJ but they don't tour much these days. Supposedly they have one more album coming out and their done, which means if they tour it might be the last time.

I don't know that much about the Smashing Pumpkins other than Corgan dated Courtney Love. I hated the Smashing Pumpkins growing up and I never really listened to their music up until about 3 years ago. I'm still not a fan of Corgans voice.
 
Metallica is announcing another US tour tomorrow. I'm hoping to go this time around. I fucked up last year by letting my girlfriend use my debit card to buy something online the night before tickets went on sale. She didn't put it back in my wallet, and by the time I got home from work any seat worth having was sold.

I missed them last time too. I am hoping they play closer to my area this time.
 
I'm going to see Alice Cooper and likely the Amorphis and Dark Tranquility tour.
