Per conor's instagram, he says he offered to step in and fight Frankie, but the UFC said no.

Reason being, there wasn't enough time to generate revenue for it.

My own organs hurt at the thought of Conor trying to make featherweight at this point.

Edgar via TKO

no way would he have made 145 though, if he did, it would have been at a catchweight
145 kills him and it would be have been an unnecessary risk to take an L there

also even if he didn't say it
dana like pretend he did

same way he said "you know what conor told me.. he wants khabib in russia, isn't he fucking awesome"

i'm sure he remembers it that way. i wonder if other parties involved do.

At least not enough revenue to satiate Dana's expensive hooker addiction.

And you believe him?

<{Heymansnicker}>

yeah, he'll step in to fight a 145er on short notice but hes been sitting on the sidelines with the 155 strap avoiding nurmy and tony like the plague for 1.5 years now

funny how that works

He sure didnt offer to fight Tony or Khabib when they missed opponent <Moves>

Conor falls into the same category as Malki & Abraham Kawa, Ali, and Kav.

You can never believe anything that comes from their mouths.

Damn. Boxing Floyd, Edgar on short notice and fuckin Khabib in Russia

Probably catch weight, and Frankie wouldn't have to cut as much. Still huge advantage for Conor though.
