How exactly is an MMA fight a real fight?

Boxing and MMA both have tons of rules. Obviously MMA is much more like a real fight, but it is annoying Conor always talking about "true" fights.

Floyd has a posse 20 deep, and would win virtually any real fight without even participating.

That is clearly panic wrestling; no one initiates a clinch by going in on a guy like they're trying to give him a blowie. Conor simply wasn't strong enough or an accomplished enough wrestler to secure the takedown.
