Could Bellator do a LHW tournament?

Is there actually anything preventing them from doing one-day or two-day tourney in Japan or somewhere else abroad?

No.

Even some States in the US allow one night tournaments. WSOF held one in 2016 where fighters had to fight three times in one night. That was in Arizona.

Bellator are useless with tournaments.

No. And it will take some time before they can or should even think about it.

A shitty one with the same 6 names we've seen for years and two newer psoole

Sick and tired of thes long term tourneys. Strike force dragged it out. Bella for doing it with the HWs. Road FC doing it with the LWs. Eith r do it right, within a y at, or not at all.
Scott Coker seems to have a pattern of dragging out Tournaments to the point that it losses all momentum and is forgotten about. Take the StrikeForce Heavyweight Grand Prix, it started on February 12, 2011 and ended on May 19, 2012. One year and three months for a freaking tournament is freaking ridiculous. As John Hammond said to Ian Malcolm in Jurassic Park, "We're not making the same mistakes as before" and Ian Malcolm response was, "No, you're making all new ones" (lol). That's Scott Coker in a nutshell. He's not making the same mistakes he made with StrikeForce, he's making all new mistakes with Bellator (lol).

LHW is not a strong division anywhere. If Bellator wanted to do a tourney, they could do a one-night, FW/LW one - with all their homegrown dudes banging ;)

I think that both the Nemkov Brothers should be in Bellator
