I used to be 327 lbs, now three years and a few gyms later I'm down to 262 lbs.
I go to brazil in one month to train MMA fulltime for three months. So I have to cut weight as much as possible, to remain in good shape and not be plagued by injuries. I train hard but I have no "real" discipline over my eating habits. Actually no discipline at all. My friends keep telling me if I wouldn't eat like a pig, I'd look like an athlete.

So I'm going to try to lose as much weight, train as hard and eat as clean as possible. I allow myself one cheat day a week. Friday. I'm going to try to post food porn pictures too.

Today I ate for breakfast, a delicious square piece of steak with some of the best pepper cream steak I've tasted in my life, with a large side of fries and some mayo. Had two diet cokes with them.

For lunch, I ate a Mc Chicken, a Double Cheeseburger and a Royal Deluxe. And another diet coke.

For dinner I ate two "viandels" with pepper mayo. Viandels are kinda like corn dogs, but probably made out of roadkill. Still tasty by moments. Especially with a diet coke.

This is probably my mildest, most tame cheat day ever. I've happened to gain up to 8lbs in ONE day while properly hydrated due to the quantities I eat. My stomach is like a bottomless pit. Just slightly bigger.

What kind of plan are you doing? Any idea, or just going in blind?
 
Just eating greens, meat, little fat and fruits. I'm also going to cut the diet sodas. I am blessed to have almost zero desire for carbs.

Do one or two hours of slow paced cardio a day, plus 30 minutes of heavy lifting. I run on the treadmill with the highest slope as possible without killing my knees.

As supplements I only use caffeine.

Monday I just do cardio, since ALL the douchebags worldwide united themselves and had a convention, and decided that the monday was going to be the official day to train their arms and/or chest.

Tuesday I train my chest and do some abdominal workout.

Wednesday I train my legs. Hell yeah. I love training my legs. Plus my gym has great machines to train the legs. And since nobody uses them, I get to work out on some machines that look and feel brand new. Offcourse, I do squats and farmer walks too.

Thursday Is for training my arms. I fucking hate training my arms. Seems my genetics made me have those dinosaur legs, but I got the shittiest arms ever. Well, not ever, but I know guys that weigh 100lbs less and still get to curl more.

Friday is for training my back and shoulders. Great since all the douchebags are spraying their fake tan, putting their plastic diamond studded earrings on, preparing their fake LV purses to go to the clubs and removing the sand out of their vaginas from seeing me train my legs on wednesday. I get to train in an almost empty gym.
 
I ate

breakfast: veggie sticks, spinach burger without bun, meatballs in tomato sauce, viandel and very little peppermayo

lunch: croissant with ham, cheese and butter

dinner: homemade burger with peppermayo


Besides the the croissant I'm happy with how I ate, I know it ain't clean at all but I didn't overdo myself. Sadly, there is no place that sells good food near my work.

Didn't work out today besides some walking and some cardio with the gf
 
You're built like a T Rex?

Try to add some more cardio in the weekend. The high-intensity type, like burpees or a bodyweight circuit.

I'm build like Mark Hunt or Mighty Mo... I'm 5'11, I have a gut, no muscle definition, huge legs and a low center of gravity. My arms aren't small, but they aren't as big and strong as I would want them to be. I also have to say my left arm got plagued by injuries from skateboarding as a youth.

I work up to 18 hours a day on saturday and sunday, so I barely have a chance to train. When I do I walk for a few miles in the sand, go run or do some bodyweight exercises. In the week I have plenty of time.
 
Breakfast, croissant with ham, cheese and butter and a coffee
lunch, veggie sticks with viandel and peppermayo
dinner, veggie sticks, fish brochette, pork meat brochette, shrimp croquette, fries
obviously rinsed down my throat with some diet coke

I'm happy the weekend is over, I can eat clean again....

I weighed myself in today, I'm at 259,6lbs even after the gluttonfest they call weekend. Pretty happy with that.

dinner: 3 pieces of chicken with cheese topping

walked 10 miles, plus did some cardio with the gf
 
breakfast:ham and cheese baked in pan and ice cream sandwich (really small, before i knew it was gone)

lunch: hamburger meat with cheese, no bread

dinner: avocado with raw italian ham, tzay brochette (soy based) and chorizo
 
breakfast :cheese and ham baked in pan

lunch: orange sorbet and cappucino

dinner: pork dices with mixed salad and hot sauce


weighted myself today, 258,3lbs, I'm ok with that
 
haven't been updating due to too much work and not enough willpower to remember what I ate lately

friday is my cheat day

breakfast: steak with pepper cream sauce and one slice of bread, two diet cokes
lunch: double cheese, banana milkshake and some hamburger meat, threw the bun away since it tasted old
dinner: pork dices with garlic and hot sauce

saturday:

ham and cheese in pan as breakfast
veggie sticks and a viandel as lunch
kebab with hotsauce as dinner
pork dices as late night snack
