D3 vitamin intake

I take 6000iu a day, work 3rd shift and sleep during the daylight hours.
I work late at night and early morning as well, but I only take around 2000iu, 6 is pushing it since Vit D is fat soluble it could stay in your system too long.
 
Most of them are the same just get a D3 soft gel dont take tablet or powder form

Sorry this is a bit of bump but why do you prefer gel over tablet or powder form? Do you believe it has advantages in absorption?

Its supposed to be more potent
 
It appears supplementing vitamin D has little effect and that getting sun exposure is more important.
