Dates announced for UFC 220, UFC 221 (Brooklyn, NY) and UFC 222

Brooklyn crowd sucks.

UFC 208, Mayweather/McGregor presser, Wilder/Ortiz negotiations and many more...
Huh?

208 freaking sold out and had one of the worst PPV card on paper.

Mac/Mayweather was a complete shiftiest in terms of production and getting people in the arena.

UFC often sells out places they've never been to before.

Happens all the time.

We'll see if this card sells out, I doubt it will.

Chicago? Nah

Chicago seems to have lost it's annual July card since NY state got legalized. (Same thing with Newark shows)

Too bad.

I love the city (the nice parts that is), and it's a great arena.

Just completely skipping Chicago this year huh. Taxes must be too high.

The last Chicago card didn't draw very well.

In fact, Chicago keeps drawing less and less each year.

To be fair, the last card sucked balls. We always get the shit TV cards. Don't think we've had a PPV event since UFC 90 Cote vs Silva

Since August they've had record low attendances in Japan, Pittsburgh, Mexico, the Netherlands, as well as the record low attendance for PPV in the T-Mobile Arena. I stopped looking after that.

I also put together the attendance history of two of the most recent events below. Continual drops.

03/03/2013 - 14,682 (Silva vs. Stann)
09/20/2014 - 12,395 (Hunt vs. Nelson)
09/27/2015 - 10,137 (Barnett vs. Nelson)
09/23/2017 - 8,571 (Saint Preux vs. Okami)
