Hello everyone,

I have got a question about adding deadlifting to my boxing " home training". This year i don t have time to
go to gym, so i train at home ( 2 or 3 times a week ).

i mainly do skipping rope, shadow boxing, heavybag and calisthenics ( trx) during my training ( about 1h30-2h). I would like to add the 5X5 deadlift in my routine but i don' t know when.

Should i do it at the beginning ( after warm up ) or at the end ? I have few experience in power lifting. Any advice about it ? Thanks !

Based on the info provided, I'd think beginning would be safer/more beneficial. The rest of it sounds more-or-less like conditioning work. Getting your heavy lift(s) out of the way while you're still fresh is better than doing them after you're already exhausted IMO.

Beginning.

Recommend the hex bar deadlift also, I find it less of a strain.
