7-12-2010 Weight - 227lbs
Breakfast - 3 eggs, glass of OJ and 2 cups of coffee w/ creamer.
Lunch - Turkey chili w/ cheese, 1 banana and 2 bottles of water.
Dinner - 2 sausages w/ sauerkraut on buns, 1-2 cups of green beans and 1 glass of milk. Maybe mashed potatoes, not sure yet.
Holding a bit of water retention from this weekend. No big deal though.
