Bolded is the truth. The farmer isn't going to pay me 40 cents a pound for Pecans when the other worker will take 25 cents a pound. The influx started coming in around 1985 in my area. I don't bear any malice or anything to anyone, it's just the way it is. I do wish the field worker was paid a living wage though.
