According to the ADCC rules he should have been, but in the comments some say that he was not DQt.
You can’t lift up and slam like that, he literally threw the other kid on the mat. You can go high crotch or bodylock and follow to the mat without breaking your grip.

It’s confusing to the kids if the rules are bend like that.
