diet log to track consistency

OK this is gonna be my diet log until I'm happy that I've reached a consistent level.

Up until the new year I drank an average of eight pints(1300cal) a day,ate one or two meals,one of which would be two bags of crisps(chips) a bar of chocolate and a coke.

My aim is to have a steady diet that is manageable and helps me to lose weight. The changes I've made this year so far have resulted in about 11-13lbs weight dropped.I'd like to drop another stone and see where I am.

Aiming for more balanced diet.

Today:

3 weetabix with milk

Low fat yoghurt
Banana
Whey
More milk

Two poached eggs
Two slices bacon
Slice toast

Cod fillet
Cabbage and leeks

Apple
Pear

Whey

Plenty of water through day.

Will still be having a few beers regular but will probly need to cut down from where I am ATM.

Weekend went to shit and involved 2 sausage rolls, a couple of shakes some chilli and some crisps.

Also had 16 pints and half a small bottle of gin over sat n sun.
