Difference between 1 yellow card and 2 yellow cards?

Infractions, Warnings, and Penalties
There are predefined infractions that expire in 30 days and associated levels of punishment that incrementally disable privileges. Warnings are the same as infractions but carry no point penalty. All general infractions carry a 1 point penalty:
Spammed Advertisements, Libel, Warez, Nudity-Porn-Offensive Content, Copyright Infringement, Inappropriate Language, Signature Rule Violation, Insulted Other Member(s) - Flaming, Trolling, Thread Hijacking, and Other Rule Violation. Other Rule Violation is used for infractions not specifically listed (eg illegal drug promotion, ignoring specific forum rules such as in the Mayberry Lounge).
Accumulation of 2 points = Yellow Card
Accumulation of 4 points = Double Yellow Card
Severe offenses may be issued a 10 point infraction resulting in a permanent ban.
Privileges are automatically restored as points expire.
It's been my experience that when I investigate someone for seeimingly innocent mistakes that I discover a pattern of abuse or that they are a career troll or something like that ... they usually will get dubs or banned instead of the single card. If a guy is really that innocent I generally just warn em.

I have been given doubles for trying to help other posters, the mod ive been talking to has decided to ignore all communications rather than explain what he thinks I did wrong. So I guess im screwed, but the real question is how long will I have to put up with these double yellow restrictions?

Ok, since all my posts were still in my history and none of my threads were moved or deleted, I assumed that SHAOLIN BUSHIDO, who sent the PM and gave me the dubs, made a mistake and got the wrong guy. It's not his fault, shit happens.
"Fine", I thought. "I'll PM him back".
NOT SO FAST!
He doesn't accept any PM! You can't reply! That PM was basically an hit and run.
Ok then, "I'll start a thread here about it". NOT! "You're not allowed to start a thread."
It's like you're thrown in jail but can't say a word or even ask a question.
I'm glad it's over, but it sucks to get punished for someone else.

never ever had an PM from any mod each 3 times i got dubbed
not too bothered about it as i'll do my time and learn my lesson. But dubbed users are NOT recieving PM's and it's not just me saying this

That's all I put in the notes; can't remember the specifics now of course and the note was just so we knew when to take off the dubs. As you said, sometimes we're busy here doing other stuff or in real life doing other stuff ... you survived as I thought you would.

I close my eyes and start clicking every where on the infractions page. This would explain all these phantom bannings and dubbs.
