Rough day I spent all day at work and ate like shit

got home after 9 tomorrow and friday will suck balls too.
 
The good: your log is more aesthetically pleasing.

The bad: post the bad shit you did today. It frustrates me when people have a log and they post the good days and then when they have a bad day they put something like "I failed today or shit day start again tomorrow." I may not be proud of my meals everyday but I put em up.

Yep sry been ridiculously busy, but the next few weeks should normalize a bit.

Thursday- has a sausage biscuit for breakfast.

I ate some pb and jelly crackers for b-fast

Lunch- giant corned beef and roast beef sandwich, bit of potato salad, guacomole and chips
dinner- basically grazed then ate two Mcds cheeseburgers at the end of the night

No workout

This wasnt too bad considering ive been eating pretty liberally tthis week.- Its my wifes and my bday and the kids along with being vacation week.

I did 3 mile run and 15 laps in the pool+ 750 yds
trying to pick up on the tri training. Its 12 weeks away now.

Yeah missed it..works going to be tough this month. i was 239 again this morning
I made up for that lunch with some piilaging later last night so I guess it all evened out
