New log, took some time off lifting, restarted a couple of weeks ago, need log now to keep track
Stats

Height ~ 5'9" (175 cm)
Weight ~175 lbs (fat) (79 kg)

Best Lifts

Squat 315 (142kg)

Bench 205 paused (93kg)

Deadlift 435 no belt (198kg)

OHP 135 ( 61kg)
Update:155lbs/70kg

Power Clean 215lbs/98kg
Pullup BW=90lbs/41kg
Goals: get more swole, reduce bodyfat a bit (probably 21+% now), do sports, cardio
Get 1000 lbs total (955 now), increase OHP (I'm part of the current OHP comp)

Program: done Starting Strength, Texas Method, some linear stuff (including Candito beginner), full body 5/3/1. Currently, I will be doing 5/3/1 Boring But Big Challenge (https://www.t-nation.com/workouts/boring-but-big-3-month-challenge), started on the second month, 2 weeks in now. I was doing LSD runs last couple of weeks, and ran 12k today which irritated my knee injury, so I'll wait for it to heal before I run again

In bad news, my knee started bothering me after running on track, taking left turns stressed my old LCL injury (tore it in BJJ) and working saturday left my toes numb, possible sciatica

I was in a hurry

Thanks, bro. Already feeling gains in my shoulders/chest/triceps from all the volume

I was supposed to do squats/BBB deadlift, but my quads were still super sore (I got sharp cutting pain just from squatting 95x5), so I decided to throw in random upper back exercises
Power clean (started sloppy, cleaned up tech by the later sets)

Deficit deadlifts for rep as an assistance, love it!

Haha, yes! I measured my plates they were 14" instead of standard 18.
My back was not that sore actually for all the whining I posted, just really cardio intense. Hammies are pretty sore today though.

My form and strength is getting better at rows. I will be doing 2 plates in no time. I did my own basic progression for rows:
week 1: 3x8 155
week 2: 4x6 165
week 3: 5x5 175
next week I'll start over with 10 more lbs (165x3x8)
