Do you eat the fat from meat?

Grill seared to perfection(to lock in all juices)
Room temperature ketchup(umami)
Green beans and chips(vitamins)

Of course I eat the fat. It’s the best part. I only get ribeyes because of all the fat.

Sorry man, but he's right. Cooking is very technical. If someone is going to brag about their credentials and how they make lesser cooks cry, all the while praising a picture of an absolutely fucked up looking steak, they deserve to know just how ignorant and below real cooks they are.

What are you talking about? Pctures? The guy wrote paragraphs upon paragraphs and said nothing. American cooks are so full of shit when it comes to meat, go visit Montevideu to see how real barbecue should be done.

If it’s really good meat, then yes. The fat is just buttery and captures all the flavor.

If I’m eating a 12-15 dollar steak at a chain restaurant, no. It’s just gamey, chewy and gross.

When I eat really good Brisket I will, some brisket it’s almost impossible to not eat the fat.
