That isn’t a proper neck workout and if you think it is you need to get your brain checked. WowSettle down a bit, friend. If you use the information super highway it's easy to find dozens of articles, including interviews with neurologists, that suggest strengthening your neck muscles is the best way to lessen your susceptibility to concussions, loss of motor control (ie wobbly legs), and being KOed. The gif was obviously a joke.
