Notes
- Just got back from Yosemite a few days ago and right after training got the flu. It was like a 3 day thing but pretty terrible. Woke up puked my brains out. Shivering all night. Sweating my ass off. Had a 101 fever for a couple of days. Couldnt eat or drink. Got pretty dehydrated. Today was just a warm up type day. 135 was hard lol
Learned some back taking techniques from turtle. Got 3 or 4 6 minute rolls in. Purple belt shut me down. Was basically trying to survive in half guard getting toyed with.

- Not going to lie, I was exhausted from training BJJ last night and almost didn't even train. Had to take a nap right before and pound pre workout when waking up lol Weak sauce

Got a good 6 minutes in with a white belt. Bunch of taps and passes. Made me feel a little better lol Then got smashed by purples. I'm just starting to feel like I know what Im doing again

- Shoulder felt like shit this week. Skipped benching for a few days to rest it. Starting to consider getting imaging done and looking into options for surgery. Past few months have been bad.
- Open matt. I think I got 4 6 minute rolls in. This was the first time since I started back that I felt like I had a gas tank. I had great energy the entire time. I only rolled with white and blue belts. That might have something to do with it.
