Seems this is Sisi's "brilliant" distraction tactic from his persocution of the Muslim brotherhood and his all time high levels of corruption. Also a way to get Brownie points with the islamic clergy. As if no one will notice. Its even against his religion to do that as there is no coercion in religion according to Islam. What a sham. Religion is more of the problem than anything else. Hence they remain backward, fatalistic and third-world.
