Been a good week of jits, almost all drilling which has been great. Really cut back on the booze recently and had a great lift today. Bench: 135, 185, 205, 225, 265 x 5 -Another 5 rep PR but that 5th rep was toughhhhhh. Might stay here next week. DB Incline: 70, 75, 80 x 8 Five two minute rounds on the heavy bag with one minute rest.
