Hey Guys,

As a long time Muay thai practicioner, I've found myself enjoying western boxing more and more, but there aren't really any legitimate trainers in my area that work with my schedule.

Could anyone recommend their favorite videos for learning proper boxing footwork and basic movement?

My favourite approaches to boxing are the Soviet and Cuban schools of boxing:

This is my favourite video, it comes with no explanation but if you can get some markers you can do it yourself through watching it.

Here are more specific ones

Greatly appreciate all the viewing material @AndyMaBobs - will definitely give them a watch

Happy to help. I'm a little bias towards the commie style of boxing so I could be missing things that Americans do, so definitely keep looking around

Same here. I also developed an appreciation for western boxing with age, being previouly more a fan of KI and Karate . I don't know what it is. My perception of the sport changed a lot over the years. There is something about the specialisation that I previously disliked, that I now really love.

K1 also sort of died out compared to the glory days (pun unintended).
