I really like Kevin Nash because (even if his recollection is a bit off) he's one hell of a story-teller and completely honest in his own shortcomings.
Less honest about his mistakes (and some facts about the reality of the business) but an equally fantastic story-teller is Jim Cornette.
Eric Bischoff's are very interesting to me because he owns up to his business mistakes and also quite a few personal ones. His accounts match up pretty good with RD Reynolds' Death of WCW, too.
Sober Waltman is alright. Raven is good but he rambles.
Al Snow's Hannibal shoot is good but his instructional series is the best stuff I've watched, I think.
